Kolkata Civic Polls: Calcutta HC Bars Notification Till Ward Plea Ends
A Calcutta High Court division bench has restrained the State Election Commission from notifying the Kolkata Municipal Corporation polls until a challenge to the redrawing of wards from 144 to 209 is decided.
