SC Strikes Down Karnataka Law Validating Tainted 2011 KAS Selection
The Supreme Court has struck down Karnataka's 2022 law that validated the scam-hit 2011 KPSC gazetted probationers selection, saying a legislature cannot directly annul a court judgment.
