IDBI Bank Sale: Govt Says Fairfax Deal Value Rose by Rs 3,917 Crore
The Finance Ministry has defended how IDBI Bank's 60.72% stake was sold to Fairfax at Rs 81 a share, saying the reserve price was untouched and a second round lifted the deal's value.
