Coca-Cola Bottler HCCH Files IPO Papers, 99.75 Crore Shares on Offer
Hindustan Coca-Cola Holdings, parent of Coca-Cola's Indian bottling arm, has filed draft IPO papers with SEBI. The issue is a pure offer for sale of up to 99.75 crore shares by its Coca-Cola parent.
